10 Min Grace Period
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We provide a 10 minute grace period to accommodate those who are late. After this grace period, a $15 fee will be applied. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and will result in being marked as a no-show.
10-Day Free Fix
At our salon, we truly value your satisfaction and consider it our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your service, we encourage you to reach out to us within 10 days. We would be more than happy to accommodate you with a complimentary fix to ensure you leave feeling your absolute best! However, please keep in mind that we maintain a no refunds policy.
Consent Forms
Before scheduling an appointment, it is necessary to complete a consent form. This form is required only once for new clients and is designed to help us understand your needs, allowing us to recommend the most suitable services. Should there be any updates or changes to your information, please submit a new form.
Cancellation
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment before 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% service fee will be applied. Please aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late it will be treated as a no-show, and you will be charged the full service fee. Furthermore, two no-shows will result in not being able to book no future appointments.

Reschedule
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate your request and make necessary adjustments. If you attempt to reschedule within the 24-hour window, it will be considered a late cancellation, and our policies and fees will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter!
Additional Policies
Age Limit (15 yo+)
Clients must be 15 years of age or older. Parents are welcome to wait in the hallway during appointments or drop off/pick up as needed.

No Extra Guests
Due to limited space in the salon suite, we request that no additional guests accompany you during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.​

Card Processing Fee
All cards used for payment will be charged a 3% processing fee. To avoid fee, cash payment is highly encourage. Cash & card payments are the only forms of accepted payment.​

No Refund
There is a strict no refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate right away so we can accommodate you with a complimentary fix.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse services in certain situations to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved. This includes instances of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, as well as failure to cooperate with our established policies. For safety and sanitation reasons, as a licensed establishment we are required by law to refuse services to those with fungus, greenies, infections, and/or any other conditions that are a health risk. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated as we strive to maintain a positive environment for everyone.
