Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reach out before the 24 hour limit. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in 50% service fee. Cancellation within an hour of appointment time will be charged 100% service fee. All no-shows will be charged 100% service fee and will no longer continue to be serviced from us. We provide a 10 min grace period for late arrivals. After 10 min. there will be a $15 late fee. The appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes and will mark be as a no-show.
